I learned how to work out from my trainer at the gym, and I feel that my body is made by doing it really hard. It's not the style I want, but my body feels huge. So I like slim, abs, and a moderately solid feeling, but now my neck, trapezius, arms, and shoulders are thick. How can I say? I'm trying to feel the same way.
How do I work out to have a body with a pretty line while having some small muscles like celebrities?

pu1. I think I'm working out to build muscles because the exercise I'm doing right now is bulk up. It's because you put a lot of weight on it. If you want to build muscles, you can lower the weight and increase the number of times
