Recommendation from all-in-one PC

I found out that there is an all-in-one PC because I am using it very slowly, but I don't play a lot of games, but I sometimes watch videos mainly on the Internet and documentation.

Would this be enough to buy an all-in-one PC?

The price seems to be cheaper than regular PCs.
