I've tried drugs that advertise it's good for constipation, and I'm looking for something that's not a medicine, so what can I take to improve constipation?

pu1. You can eat foods rich in fiber. Most vegetables and fruits are rich in fiber. Be careful not to grind it with a green juicer or blender. If you eat it like that, most of the fiber is filtered out, so the constipation effect is reduced
