Is there a difference in quality between dvi and hdmi?

I'm using a set-top box when I watch TV, but I don't think the quality is that good, so I want to change it to hdmi. Will it be effective?

pu1. I don't know the theory, but from experience, when I used hdmi, the picture quality improved a lot. It's an hdmi terminal, so I recommend you to try it because it's not expensive
