The phone is in manner mode Why do I get an error?

If the pop-up window below appears while using the Galaxy S8, the phone is in manner mode. You might miss the call.

It's okay as long as you can't answer the phone.

Why is this coming up? I don't think it's because I downloaded a new app recently. Is there any way to erase it?
