Which side loses weight easily?

I worked out for a diet, and my thighs are getting stronger, especially beyond the level, but if I work out, I lose weight, so do I lose hard weight easily?

From what I heard somewhere before, I'm confused because I heard that softening is the best way to lose weight.

Which one loses more weight, a soft one?
