Please recommend shoes for the interview

The interview season is starting now. So I'm thinking about preparing shoes in advance, but I don't know how high it will be for the interview.

How many centimeters would be appropriate for an interview shoe?

pu1. I'm 165cm tall, but I wore 7cm and went to the interview last year
