I made anchovy powder by drying anchovies well to use when making soup. Even though it was dried well, it still smells fishy.
Is there a way to catch the fishy smell?

pu1. When you make anchovy powder, you have to dry it and then stir-fry it to grind it. I think it's because I didn't stir-fry it
