Does foundation have sunscreen effect?

What I'm using now is double wear and if you look here, it says spf10 pa++, so this means it's sunscreen, right?

Then is it okay to apply only foundation and not sunblock?

pu1. If it's spf10, the duration will be about 1 to 2 hours, so you need to apply sunscreen quite often. It's better to apply sunscreen separately
