How to get rid of dead skin on your lips

Vaseline is good for dead skin cells, so I'm applying Vaseline a lot.

Even if I apply it like that in the morning and after washing Vaseline and putting on makeup, I'm worried about lip dead skin cells around lunch.

Is there a good way to get rid of lip dead skin?
