Why is it more expensive than the price when you buy it directly from Taobao?

I bought it directly from Taobao for the first time, but when I saw that the actual card payment was made, it was paid more than the original product price.

It seems like the amount is a little small to say tax, but does it have to be taxed separately?

I think it's like a card fee...
