Is high-quality milk a must for Audi A6?

I was riding the Audi A6 3.0 and I was told that I could add regular milk, so I didn't think much about it, but when I looked at the gas station, it was marked 95-91.

I know that octane price 94 or higher is high-quality milk, so do I need high-quality milk?
