If you start working out, your back hurts. Is it normally like that? Or is it because I did it too much?
I'm doing 1,000 a day for a few days, but is it too much?

pu1. It's because I got the wrong posture. If you curl your waist to the back, you have to make it look like you're standing up straight

pu2. It's easy to hurt your back. It's easy to bend your back even if it's a little hard, so if you exercise in that state, of course, it's hard to hold out your posture if you don't have strong back or abs, so I'd rather recommend squats
