I got a file saved in usb from a friend. How do I insert this and receive the file?

pu1. If you look at the computer, there's a place where you can plug in USB. If you're not sure, if you plug it into a similar shape, there's a place that fits perfectly. If you plug it in and look at the Windows Explorer, you'll see a new drive, not C. If you go in there, there's a file
