Are you uncomfortable with high heels?

I'm curious because there's a pretty pair of 10cm shoes, but I've never worn such high heels.

I usually wear only 5cm.

I'm thinking about wearing something this high, but would it be very uncomfortable to wear something with high-heeled shoes?
