How to remove tar stains from a car

There's a tar-like stain on the car, so what should I use to wipe it off?

No matter what I wipe, it feels sticky so I can't wipe it.

pu1. There's a drug used in the car wash called Fabi One. It's a multi-purpose cleanser, and it's great for removing oil stains

pu2. If the tar is small, you can use PB-1, and if the range to erase is wide, it is cheaper to buy kerosene at a gas station. If you wipe it with kerosene, it comes off easily
