Regulations on the performance of Wibee Card for nanny expenses

I applied for automatic transfer of the nanny fee communication fee with Wibee card, but to get a discount on the communication fee, is the automatic transfer applied like this also recognized?

Or do we have to have a record other than this?

I was wondering what the performance regulations are.
