Do they sell long leads like fluorescent lights?

I want to change the fluorescent light in the living room to LED, but it's a straight fluorescent light with a length of more than 1 meter. Is there an LED that looks like this long fluorescent light?

And do I have to change the whole back because I have to change the stabilizer or something to insert it with that led?

Or is there a form where I just need to change the led?
