Why does SSD heat up your computer?

Computer

I'm using a Dell laptop, and it's famous for its heat generation, but if I plug in an SSD, the heat gets worse, so there are a lot of fans.

But when I plug in the HDD, the fan doesn't work that much

Is there a ppu that knows why?

pu1. It's a little weird if it's just that I'm not working on anything. I think it's better to ask Dell

pu2. I think it's because SSD processes things faster than HDD, so it's because of the high throughput of work
