Why is it tax-free if it's sold at a duty-free shop?
If you don't have to pay taxes, why aren't regular stores doing that?

pu1. The reason why I bought it at the duty-free shop is because I go abroad with it. If you bring it back home, you'll have to pay taxes

pu2. If you buy a product, you pay tax to the country where the product is used, but the product of the duty-free shop is not used in Korea, but in foreign countries. So, it is only possible to buy at duty-free shops if you leave the country
