How to make cookies crispy

I made cookies, and it doesn't feel as crispy as other cookies in the market, but rather tough or soft. Why is this?

pu1. I think it's because you put too much water and it's too thick

pu2. If you make cookies and they have a chewy texture, it's almost because you used the wrong flour. Cookies should be made of flour. If you make it with gravitational or strong flour, it gets chewy because of the gluten
