pu1. Shampoo contains a lot of foam and ingredients that make sure your hair doesn't stick to each other, but the two ingredients are really bad for your skin. I can't take it off because it's the basics of shampoo. Seed or any natural shampoo

pu2. I had a hard time because of my skin. So I got to know the seed water, so I changed the shampoo to seed water. It's been a few years since I used it. Recently, I started using natural soap without shampoo, but all of a sudden, my skin and scalp irritation decreased a lot. You can say it's almost gone, but if you look at it, it's like seed water, it's got bad things in the basic shampoo
