Do you use a browser when you watch Netflix?

I don't know if it's just me, but when I watch Netflix, does the quality differ depending on the web browser?

The strange thing is that I think it's better than Chrome when I use IE.

I think the U.S. would use more Chrome than IE, but I understand that Chrome is better, but it's strange because I think IE is good.

Is it just a feeling?
