Please tell me the difference between HG studs and FG studs soccer shoes

I chose the appropriate design, but I was supposed to choose between HG studs or FG studs, so I didn't know which one would be good.

pu1. HG is harder than FG. So HG is good for artificial grass and FG is good for natural grass
