Please recommend a hot water mat

The weather is very cold, so I'm thinking of looking for a hot water mat. Is it worth using?

I'm thinking of putting it on the bed, but I don't know how it works.

And if you have a good hot water mat, please recommend it.

pu1. The mat is a bit hard and doesn't bend, so a water bed won't fit, and a normal bed is easy
