Why does the broth taste bitter?

I made broth with kelp, radish, and anchovies, but it tastes bitter. What's the reason?

If you try each of the three, it doesn't taste bitter.

pu1. You don't boil the kelp until the end, but when it starts to boil, you have to take it out in the middle. Maybe you left the kelp to the end?
