Which one do you recommend more if you compare a rental car and a taxi in Jeju Island?

I'm not a good driver, so I'm thinking about renting or taking a taxi while using public transportation.

If you compare a rental car and a taxi in Jeju Island, which one do you recommend more?

pu1. Jeju Island may look small, but it takes 2 hours just to get off at Jeju Airport in the north and go in the 3 o'clock direction. I won't be able to afford the taxi fare
