Can I use a silicon muffin frame in the oven?

I'm thinking about buying a silicon muffin mold. The silicon that I know is as soft as plastic.

But can you use it at high temperatures like an oven?

As far as I know, you have to bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Won't it melt?
