Recommend a gift certificate from the department store

I'm thinking of buying a gift certificate for my parents' birthday, but I don't know exactly what I need even though I'm trying to buy them a gift, and it's kind of iffy to just give it to them with money.

Which department store is the best when using department store gift certificates?

I think it would be best if the department store street was the most similar at home.

My parents don't choose one place and the department store you go to then is different.

Please recommend which one is good!
