How can I change it so that only I can see it without other people can't see it

pu1. 1. Click on the profile picture
2. When the profile picture is enlarged, there is a Modify button in the upper right corner and click this
3. Click on the selection box that is open to the public
4. Click More
5. Click View Only
6. Click Finish Modification
