Isn't doing anaerobic exercise not good for your diet?
I heard aerobic exercise is to lose weight, but it's so boring to run for 30 minutes.

pu1. Theoretically, the principles are different. Aerobic exercise is a way to burn fat when you do it for more than 30 minutes (so you have to do it for more than 30 minutes). Anaerobic exercise increases the basal metabolic rate after working out for about 20 minutes, so it's a way to lose weight while resting, and in conclusion, anaerobic exercise also loses weight
