How to get a high score on TOEIC

I'm a third-year college student and I'm studying with a goal of 800 or higher on TOEIC, but my score didn't go up, so I think I've watched it about 10 times so far. After I got 550 points at first, I got 700 points, but my score doesn't go up anymore.

I think I need to get at least 800 points to get a job, is there a way to get at least 800 points?How do you all study? How much more do I have to study to get more than 800??
