What kind of cream should I use if I have a lot of skin trouble?

I have a lot of skin trouble with dry skin

So it's hard to use cream, but I don't know what to use because I need to replenish moisture.

pu1. I'm using this product that's moisturizing and has good skin trouble. I recommend the Disreal Protective Cream. It's not famous, so I'm not sure when it'll disappear, but it's light and doesn't have any skin trouble. Still, I recommend you to go to the website and apply for a sample and use it just in case
