Why do I text when I authenticate Kakao Bank?

Kakao Bank sends me a text message when I authenticate with Kakao Bank. I didn't see a case where I get a text message when I sign up for a member somewhere else, but I asked you to send a text message.

Is there a reason why Kakao Bank does this?
