I'm going to do it because I heard it's good to do squats for hip-up. My legs hurt a lot if I do squats, but I thought my legs would get thicker.
It already feels like Harvey, but my legs shouldn't get thicker.

pu2. If you want to make your legs thick, you have to lift the barbell and weigh it, but it's okay to just do it with your bare hands at home
