Tell me the difference between stocks and funds

I think both the fund and the stock have something to do with the stock price.

What's the difference?

pu1. Stock is a security that represents the ownership of a company as a unit of capital. Usually, when you invest in stocks, it's a transaction to buy and sell stocks of a particular company. A fund refers to investing with funds raised from various investors and distributing performance dividends. In terms of the nature of the two financial instruments, stocks are direct investments, and funds are indirect investments. Comparing the actual differences, the stock price continues to change within the stock trading time, but the fund price is calculated based on the closing price after the market ends. Also, there is a number of issued shares, but there is no limit to the number of shares in the fund. Stock transaction fees and taxes are incurred when trading, but in the case of funds, operating fees are incurred annually
