Have you received direct purchase delivery from DHLeCommerce?

I bought it overseas directly and it was delivered to a company called DHLeCommerce, isn't it famous for fast delivery?

It hasn't been delivered for a week, but why is it taking so long?

pu1. I think it's a different place. I got it from the same company, but it's pretty slow
