Have you ever done pilates before?

I'm looking for pilates as an exercise, but I heard that Pilates' posture is important, so I'm thinking about how much to get personal guidance at first, but the price is a bit of a problem.

So I want to do it once a week, but I don't think it's going to work out if it's once a week, so I'm worried.

How about doing it once a week with Pilates personal guidance?

pu1. Wouldn't it be too little? I recommend doing it 2 or 3 times a week in a small group
