I'm on a diet that I don't work out separately and just control my food.
When I'm starving, I lose some weight, but I eat properly for a day, so I can't go on a diet this well
What do you think?

pu2. I don't know how much I'm starving, but I like to make it a habit to eat only two meals a day instead of starving at all. It's not that you lose weight right away, but it's a long-term way to lose weight, so it's much better for your body and it's easier to eat
