How to multi-task when you do the division with PlayStation 4

Should I pay psplus to do multi-tasking when I do the division with PlayStation?

I used to do it for free for a while, but now I'm trying again, it says to pay for psplus.

pu1. Single and multi-play places are divided, so you don't have to pay if you're single, but you have to pay ps plus for multi-play places
