How to fix fingerprint recognition door lock when it is not recognized well

I'm using a fingerprint recognition door lock and it usually works well, but sometimes it doesn't.

I wonder if there's something wrong with the machine, but sometimes it works well...

Does it not recognize fingerprints well under certain conditions

If there is a solution, please let me know
