How to create a subaccount in Overwatch

I bought Overwatch and I'm using it well on my account.

I entered the secondary account to use the secondary account, but it says I don't have a license. Do I need to connect to this account to use the secondary account?

pu1. One license per account. So if you want to raise a sub-account, you need to buy an additional Overwatch
