How to take cacao nibs

I bought it to eat cacao nibs because I heard it's good for dieting. It tastes really hard to eat.

How do you eat cacao nibs? Are you sure you just chew it?

They say they drink it as tea, but if this taste comes out of water, it will be harder to eat because the amount will increase.
