How do you wipe the burnt stainless steel frying pan?

I decided to buy an expensive stainless frying pan, but I got a lot of burnt stains while cooking.

I think there will be a lot of scratches when I try to wipe the gourd, but if I wipe the stainless steel, black water comes out.

How do I remove it? Do you have a special medicine or something?

pu1. Wipe it with vinegar. They say the acid weakens the bowl, but it will take decades for the bowl to be pierced with that acidity
