I'm using an iPhone directly purchased overseas, can I sign up for Kakao Bank with a mobile phone sold abroad?

In the case of Samsung Pay, I heard that even if it is Galaxy, you cannot subscribe to it if you buy it from abroad.

I wonder if Kakao Bank has such restrictions.
