Please recommend a schedule management program that is good to share on various devices

I'm using Android, PC is using Windows 10, I have MacBook Air on my laptop, and I have an iPad.

If you have multiple devices like this, is there a program that automatically links   if you record your calendar?

I'm doing it on my phone now, but there are many times when I'm a little disappointed.
