How about staying overnight in Otaru, Hokkaido?

I'm going to go to Hokkaido, Sapporo, and Otaru, so I thought about staying one night at Otaru. If it's okay to stay one night at Otaru, I'm going to go over to Otaru in the evening and play one night and spend the next day. How about making a schedule like this?
