If I have a lot of hair, what should I do to look calm?

I have a lot of hair, but I only keep my straight hair except for dying it

But my hair isn't calm, so I don't have a choice but to tie it.

I'm worried that my perm might look more puffy.

Is there a way to look calm?

Is there a treatment that's good to apply or calms you down?

pu1. If you put on a lot of essence, it calms you down. Make sure to curl your hair hard.
