How often do you wash foundation brushes?

It's good to use a foundation brush, but it's harder than using a sponge.

I used the sponge a few times and threw it away, but I'm too lazy to wash the brush often.

How often do you wash it?

Do I lose weight too often once a week?

If I don't wash it as much as possible, how long can I wash it?
