Which way should I usually reserve a hotel in Jeju Island?

I'm going to Jeju Island this summer. I have to make a reservation for 3 nights and 4 days. I was wondering where to go. I found out that the airport was Jeju City. I searched for the Jungmun complex or Seogwipo City

Or is it better to do it separately for one night because Jeju Island is big?
